Friday Night Magic: Cube Draft – Khans of Tarkir Set Cube

In a nutshell: It’s a limited format, basically a draft, but the cards come from “boosters” created from a large, custom pool of cards. That pool is called a Cube. The beauty of a Cube draft is that any number of players is viable, so we don’t need a full 8 to draft. Additionally, it gives a chance for people to try out old or just different draft formats. Some Cubes are meant to simulate a draft of a certain Set, and some are custom sets of cards that have some other theme or goal for how the play should feel.

The prize pool is variable depending on how many people attend the event. If a full 8 players join, then the top three in the end will get 2-1-1 boosters as prizes. Details:

• Max 8 players
• 3 rounds of best of 3 matches
• Each participant will receive a random promo card
• Prize pool of Play Boosters that varies in size based on number of participants
