Shipping and Returns

Currently we ship to Finland, Sweden, and the Baltics. All shipments are made via Posti. Orders are usually processed within 1 business day of when the order is placed. Shipping time depends on shipping method chosen and destination, but generally 1-5 days.

Shipping is free on orders of €100 or more.

Return Policy

All orders have a standard 14-day return policy. Products must be in the same packaging and condition as at the time of purchase. Open boxes or boosters cannot be returned. If you would like to make a return send an email to and be sure to include the order details. Shipping cost of items to be returned is to be paid by the customer.

Any time an order contains an item that hasn’t been released yet, the entire order is placed on hold until all items can be shipped. Once all items in the order have been released and we have them in our stock we will start processing and shipping the order.

We do our best to not enable pre-orders for any products until we are sure of the number of each item we will receive. Sometimes that means we won’t open pre-orders until very close to release, but we are always working to have it as soon as possible. For in-demand items this could also result in order delays, but we will always communicate those to you as soon as possible.

Pick-up Orders

If you choose in-store pickup as your shipping method, you’ll receive an extra email when your order is ready to be picked up. Orders can be picked up during regular business hours and are held for 14 (calendar) days from the day the order is processed, or the release date, whichever is later. If you can’t pick up the order in that amount of time, or will only be in town on days where we are closed, feel free to send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.

Before the shipment of an order the customer can cancel it by sending a written declaration via email. According to the law, the merchant has responsibility of already sold products. In case of complaints, we ask you to be in touch with us either by emailing or through the form on the contact us page. The customer has the right to take the situation of dispute to be handled by Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
