Prerelease events are a casual way to learn a new set and play some fun games. Registration lets you play in the pre-release tournament, and includes the cost of the Build and Battle box. The pre-release kit comes with a ready to play 40 card deck and 4 additional boosters that you’ll use to customize that deck, and then play with others. This is a casual event meant to learn the new set and its cards, no pressure to be an expert already!
Details:
- Max 8 players
- 3-round Swiss tournament
- Each round is best of 1, with 4 prize cards per round
- Everyone will receive three additional Surging Sparks Boosters
- 30 minutes prep time to open packs and customize your deck
- There will be additional Energy cards available
- Sleeves, deck boxes, and binders are 10% off while at any Kevin’s Hobby Shop Limited event.
